Sunburned Lips

Not sure what in the Sam He** happened, but woke up like this today… must have been a mixture of salt water and sunburn?!?!?! Can’t figure out why it didn’t affect my top lip and only affected my bottom lip… may need to go back to wearing a mask. My mom and I had a good laugh over FaceTime about it this morning. Henry told me I looked like Botox gone wrong…

Getting Ready for our Trip to Florida

 I should be packing…. Instead I found a bunch of funny memes about packing… does that count?!? The funny part is as a child I always had a bag packed every Friday night “just in case” I would be asked to sleep over at a friends. And usually I did end up sleeping over at a friends.
But why is it the older I get the more I dread packing?!? I have now become the queen of procrastination when it comes to packing. My mom has asked me for three days now if I am packed… sitting here and still don’t have a single thing in a suitcase…🤦‍♀️
I do have the dogs packed, so I guess I can check that off my list… they are not happy about seeing the luggage tho…🥲

 For anyone with a misconception that my life is all butterflies, lollipops, and rainbows… I ate it hard in the parking lot dropping the dogs off to boarding. It wasn’t even their fault. Apparently I have two left feet… should feel real good when that salt water hits it. But I won’t complain! First vacay since November! Can’t wait to see you Long Boat Key!
