Lucy and the Bench Cushion...

So much for reuse, recycle…🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Oscar: Lucy, I bet you two dog biscuits you can’t find the plain cheeseburger hidden in that cushion.

Lucy: There is not a plain cheeseburger in there.

Oscar: How sure are you? I’ll bet you three dog biscuits there is a plain cheeseburger hidden in that cushion.

Lucy: Challenge accepted!

Oscar: ooh Lucy, you are going to be in so much trouble! So worth it!

Lucy: Jokes on you! Give me my biscuits! 

…Scene…

So basically 1 or 2 or all 3 things will be happening this evening

1-Lucy up all night puking

2- Lucy up all night constipated

3-Middle of the night vet visit 

Anybody want to rescue a Saint??? She may need rescuing soon… In her defense I am just so grateful she did not tear into the new chair cushions or the new swing cushion…

I was at work when this happened and Henry Joseph Becker IV was at home clearly “supervising”…. 

Recycle & Reuse

 One mans trash… is well a puppy dogs treasure… Lucy getting use out of the old swing cushion. Way to recycle Lucy! ♻️

Baby Photo and a walk down memory lane

 On a hunt for a baby photo for an upcoming young women's activity and came across some old photos I didn't even realize I had! 

The second photo is from high school when I was a counselor in Special Needs Mutual. Her name was Cheryl and the only way we could communicate was through sign language and the Spirit. I so loved spending time with her! I wonder where she is today. The next photo looks like it was probably taken that same night at the dance with my best friend Willie Cook! We always had so much fun! Can't believe how young we were! 

The last pictures were taken from the volleyball team I was on in 7th grade. I had completely forgotten that I had played volleyball in Texas. I can't believe how long my hair was and look at those bangs! LOL I remember loving that my name was always on the ball! My niece CoCo is going to a volleyball camp this week so I sent these pics to my sister to show her as well.

 Happy Fathers Day Curt Howes! For the past 37 years this man, my dad, has spoiled me rotten! He is never far when I need a helping hand, have a question, or need advice. He is and has been an ever constant example of selflessness and dedication in our family. We all lean on him and can’t imagine our lives without him. Thanks Dad! You are loved and appreciated more than you will ever know!

Happy Fathers Day to Henry Joseph Becker IV! You have put up with so much over the years with our fur babies! You are like the pied piper, wherever you go, they follow because you are so loved, and you always have snacks… I’m sure one day, on the other side, they will say thank you!

Oscar and Lucy eating routine

 So Oscar plays this mind game with Lucy every morning. Until she goes to the wall he won’t he eat his breakfast. If she gets any closer he whines at her. He has trained her well…. It’s so entertaining to watch. They started doing this all in their own. She literally can’t be sitting any further away. She has finished her food by now and is just waiting for him to abandon his bowl so she can swoop in for the crumbs…
