Halloween Night! My parents are such good sports!

Hen found one of my old costumes and I have to say he pulled it off quite well! He even visited our neighbors in it and they thought he was just a giant kid! lol!

2014 New Additions

Carving Pumkins and the annual contest

So my mom got us this really cool tool to clean out the pumpkins that connects to a drill. It worked so well! We can never go back to the old way.

So for my birthday this year my wonderful Mom cooked my favorite dinner Enchiladas and we had a pumpkin carving party! I had a blast and am so grateful to her for always making my birthday so special! I am also so thankful to my husband Henry for letting me take that wonderful aruba trip, and for letting me buy new halloween decorations and costumes every year that end up being the best birthday presents!

So there was a bit of controversy over the pumpkin contest this year. Below were the contestants which I posted to my Facebook page for voting, but apparently the album could only show the first five photos so Luce and my Dad felt a little jipped in the voting… At the end of the day it wouldn't have mattered. Krista took the vote with a pretty clean sweep!

Happy Birthday to Me!

I did it, I finally did it!!! After 8 years of dressing up, I won the the prize of two domestic airline tickets for best costume at my work! It was the greatest birthday present! It was truly fun to get to have the Halloween Party on my birthday! My sister, niece, friend Lindsay, and Dad came and joined in the festivities at my work that night.

New Addition

It's official!! Meet our new addition Jady!! She is a 3 year old special needs Newfoundland with hip and elbow dysplasia. Poor Jady is a result of bad breeding but she is not going to let that keep her down! She is an absolute sweetheart and I guarantee you will fall in love her just like we did. So we are just going to enjoy whatever time we get to have with her!
