Office Visit

 Visited my office today. Even though I don’t miss my commute or getting ready in the morning, I do miss the people and the view!! Clearly I haven’t been in a while since my calendar was still on April. It is a crazy time we live in, just crazy.

Willie's Birthday

It was tradition that I always got to see Willie Cook on his birthday! I have been thinking a lot about that these last couple of weeks. It definitely won’t be the same this year. I love that his family put this memoriam in the paper. So grateful I got to be there for his last “unbirthday” party. With a room full of people, Our eyes met one last time for a quick moment and our sign language of I love you to each other inevitably followed as was our over 20 year habit. A memory I will cherish always!

Of course Henry decided he needed two birthday cakes this year. So I went to Parson's bakery a week later and got him this cake. It was huge! We gave most of it away. But it was one of the best cakes I have ever had!

CoCo's 10th Birthday

 Sometimes it's fun to be a sneaky Aunt and Uncle. Hen and I put this in CoCo's front yard the night before her birthday. And then Hen and I ran the snowcones at her birthday party.

Oscar and the Blinds..

 Note to self, make sure the blinds aren’t closed while you are in the hottub and Oscar is on the upstairs level... poor guy, separation anxiety is getting bad with both Lucy and Oscar after being home for months. It is kind of funny though...if I don’t laugh, I’ll cry... 

I was able to put all the slats back just fine. Well one is slightly bent, I imagine that was the one holding the majority of his weight...?????
