Crazy Birds Part One

 That’s it!!! We officially live on a funny farm!!! Hen and I can’t get a decent night sleep since coming back from Florida. Missing our vacay so much! First, the dogs have decided since coming back from boarding that 6am is the appropriate time to get up in the morning. Then Saturday morning we had a policeman at our door knocking at four am because of a suspicious car in the neighborhood. Then this morning,after the dogs 6am wake-up call, we kept hearing the strangest noise. Hen told me to go investigate, first mistake…. I walked out to the hallway next to the living room and when I hurt the sound again I screamed because it started me. No joke! (Hen jumped out of bed and was not pleased) especially since I was laughing so hard that it was a bird that startled me. This bird has been trying to come in through the window for like half an hour now! It’s not even a particularly clean window… am I supposed to let the bird in???🤦‍♀️

Update: definitely not letting that bird in, if any of you were concerned…

That window does have tinting on it.

Anyone speak bird that could come convince him that he is not getting anywhere fast??

Side note: if anyone was curious what was on the coffee table, it is the remnants of the Five Crowns card game we started yesterday. We are on round 10 and i am losing miserably…🤦‍♀️

Ruff days

 To say it has been a rough few weeks without our precious Charlie is an understatement, but we are so grateful for these two and I know they are grateful to still have each other. 💕🐾🐾💕🐾🐾💕

Trying out our new kite!🪁🪁🪁Once we got it up, it stayed up tied to our beach chair until we took it down hours later. Everyone on the beach was a fan!

Work Anniversary

 17 years have come and gone at the best company I never even dreamed I would get to work for! So many memories, so many wonderful people, trips, projects that have taught me so much along the way. Definitely 17 cherished years! It makes all the difference in the world when you love your job and the company you work for! Believe me, I have been on both sides of this coin! So go after what you love to do, it’s the only way to stay sane!! Can’t wait to see what year 18 brings!
