7 day Gratitude Journal

Day 1: I am so grateful for my immediate family! I don’t want to know where I would be without them today. They have been by my side through every trial and happy time in my life. I am grateful for their love, support, and endless patience. And above all, I am grateful for so many wonderful memories. #givethanks

Day 2: So grateful for this guy. My best friend, my soulmate, my strength, my comedian, my mechanic, my mister fix it, my travel partner, my game playing competitor, my partner in crime, my ec, my soft place to land.

Day 3: I am grateful for a loving Heavenly Father, our Savior Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost who love us all more than we can comprehend; imperfections and all. I am grateful for their comfort, the feeling of peace, their guidance, their support, and never ending patience as I stumble through each day. I am grateful for the knowledge that we are all sons and daughters of God and because Jesus Christ was resurrected, we shall be too someday. I am grateful for my knowledge of Heaven and know we will see our loved ones who have passed once again. I am grateful for a living prophet and apostles who keep me grounded and for their infinite service. I am grateful I have the opportunity to partake of the sacrament and renew cherished sacred covenants each week. And I am grateful for my testimony of all these things that is worth more to me than anything in this world.

Day 4: Today I am grateful for our 7 furry kids past and present. Brody, Cali, Lily, Jade, Charlie, Oscar, and Lucy. For their unconditional love, their always happy to see you faces, their wagging tails, their never ending snuggles, their quick to forgive you attitude, their snoring, their running in their sleep, their talking in their sleep, the humor they bring to our lives, and their eyes that seem to see right into our souls always telling us everything will be alright. Having dogs, especially rescues and puppies, comes with their own set of challenges, but there isn’t a single dog we regret owning. They have all been meant for our family. ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ❤️๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ

Day 5: Today I’m thankful I get to be an Aunt! I love my nieces and nephews to the moon and back! So many fun times and memories over the years. So grateful for their sweet spirits and fun personalities! So grateful for technology so that we could have a blast at our first fam zoom game night!

Day 6: So many things to be thankful for it’s hard to choose. But today I’m thankful for our home, our sanctuary. It protects us from weather. It is a place to escape from the world. Our place of peace and quiet, ok, ok, sometimes quiet. Our place of memories, and a place where we sleep soundly. A place where we celebrate. A place full of every emotion. A place where many games are played and holidays celebrated. A place to return to after work or traveling. A place to rest. A place to love and be loved. A place that keeps us safe. I truly can’t fathom life without a home. Happy Thanksgiving Eve Everyone From Our Home To Yours!

Day 7: Today I am thankful for this beautiful world we have been given to live in. The trees, the mountains, the beaches, the animals. Sometimes I imagine what would life be like with no animals, can you imagine how boring! I consider myself a nature junkie, I can never get enough. And I am grateful for the opportunity to travel that has taken me to see so many incredible landscapes. From standing in the mists of Niagara Falls to the beaches of Hawaii. From the clear Caribbean ocean to the glaciers in Alaska. I am so grateful for the many wondrous sights my eyes have beheld over the years and for God’s paintbrush that never ceases to amaze me.
